Be part of a three-day international conference focused on open dialogue, shared insights, and collective action in suicide prevention. Designed for mental health professionals, volunteers, social workers, and NGOs working in allied fields.
Hosted by Connecting Trust, celebrating 20 years of listening, connection and care.
📢 Call for Abstracts
We invite practitioners, researchers, educators, and individuals with lived experience to share their work at the conference.
If you’re exploring new approaches, grounded in practice or research, that respond to suicide prevention with care, nuance, and systemic insight—we’d love to hear from you.
We welcome submissions on lived experience, innovative practices, community approaches, research and evaluation, practitioner training, youth interventions and intersectional perspectives across gender, caste, disability, rurality and queerness.
Deadline to submit: September 30, 2025

As suicide rates continue to rise, we’re being called to pause, pay attention, and ask deeper questions.
We invite you into a space of reflection, honesty and shared intention:
-
Why do suicides continue to rise, despite years of dedicated efforts?
-
What’s truly working—and what are we still overlooking?
-
What must we confront and reimagine together, as a society?
With care and curiosity, we’ll hold these questions close. Through lived experiences, emerging practices and evidence-based insights, we’ll explore new paths forward—together.
